Bleak Hill Rovers push for a high quality of coaching and football standard. As a legal requirement all adults involved with the players undergo relevant background checks, and each squad has a coach with at least an FA Level 1 coaching certificate.
The club has received many recognitions of its progress and high standard. The club received funding from various sources who recognise the high quality of coaching taking place. The club has recently secured FA Charter Standard as a recognition of this, as well as the District Sports Council Club Accreditation Gold Award.
